#18 Eyes on Mars
ReplyDeleteShe had to go back to New York which felt as far away as Mars. The envelope was in the P.O.Box waiting for her. Exhausted, she dragged herself to a small town. She hopped in an open truck left running and took off. Little did she know that somebody else had his eyes on Mars.

He was confident that building an empire on the red rock was the way to make his billions, but the constant snow bothered him. Humans loved the warmth of the sun. How would he work around this flaw perplexed him.

The New Job
ReplyDeleteThomas has been at his new job now for six months. In all directions, nothing but white. Stories from the old drillers who have worked in Antarctica for years taught him to be cautious. Thomas learned to follow all of the safety precautions
from training.

ReplyDeleteLike my grandfather on the Moon with the Lem, like his grandfather with the Concordia Station in Antarctica. Here i am, trying to open the first museum in an hostile environment. Opportunity on Mars for me. Wondering if my grandson will do the TandEM/TSSM on Titan. A grandson...
